The hypothesis of the current study was that premedication with xylazine or ketamine would scale back the tension of induction with isoflurane, lessen the bare minimum alveolar concentration (MAC) of isoflurane, and Increase the physiologic reaction to pathologic disorders under anesthesia in mice.
